Every man and woman, every child, as a matter of fact everyone has a natural basic instinct for survival and not to self destruct. As humans, we thrive when we have access to participate in providing our value for societal use and good. Most of the current challenges that bedevils our society from time immemorial till now lies in the instinct to survive. Hence many are of the view that irrespective of the legal limitations and geographical barriers, immigration is only as natural when the grass is so green on the other side and the grass where you stand is burnt or dried up by population surge; unemployment; poverty; hunger and famine; mounting tension, rising crisis, renewed conflicts and war. All these are cumulative and compounding causes of the problems of the World is it affects us all today. These have resulted in Immigration Crisis and Human Trafficking; Refugees Crisis and the likes.

The population of the World is an estimate of 7.5 billion people. Currently 200 million people are unemployed globally, and the un¬employment rate for youth is more than 2.5 times higher than that of adults. By 2020, 500 million jobs must be created just to accommodate young people entering the workforce. In developing countries, the quality of jobs is just as important. Almost a third of workers are poor, and about half—particularly women—are vulnerable, often working in informal jobs, which frequently provide fewer rights and protec¬tions for workers. 500 million? The number is so large, it’s almost incomprehensible. Yet that’s how many new jobs the world needs by 2020 just to keep up with the population surge. The challenge of providing productive employment and livelihood security for all who need them has become one of the top issues in international development. The increased status of the subject was expressed in the World Bank making it the subject of its 2013 World Development Report, Jobs. Some Non Governmental Organizations are also focusing increasingly on job creation and decent work.

In the wake of the 2008 recession, it has become clear that the pattern of Job Creation in the United States a largely Capitalist economy has shifted. Now all over the world Government Interventions and Bailouts … mixed economy… public – private partnerships.

Youth development and youth employment have a long history of resonance with political leaders and policy makers around the world, for many reasons. On the one hand, young people are seen to be the future of society and an asset, rich in imagination and creativity, which can be harnessed for the greater good, stable and productive societies. On the other hand, youth are seen as a problem. When a large youth cohort is combined with high rates of unemployment, for example, this is seen as an explosive mixture. In both cases, as well as all the nuanced points of view along the problem-to-asset spectrum, there is both a wealth of practical experience and a lack of a coherent vision about how to give young people access to decent jobs.

Youth make up for the highest number of unemployed.

High levels of unemployment, especially among youth, and large numbers of low-quality jobs are problems in developing countries around the world, and therefore creating more and better jobs is an urgent priority. Jobs are much more than monetary income; they are the cornerstone of development. Jobs boost living stan¬dards, raise productivity, and foster social cohesion, and they are the main path out of poverty.

The existing approach by the Governments and World Leaders at best provides a mild temporary relief to the effects of these challenges. A better way forward would be to eradicate the deep seated root causes.

Two basic challenges can be a solution to each other and a lot of other challenges and root causes can consequently be brought solved. Food and Feeding is the single most basic need of humans. We cannot do without food. Also we cannot feed or have food without a Job or work that brings monetary compensation. Hence everyone eats and everyone [except children in protective custody of parents or guardians] works or desires to work. So much can be achieved if we can Employ the Youth to Feed the World. Therein lies our solution to tackle population surge; unemployment; poverty; hunger and famine; mounting tension, rising crisis, renewed conflicts and war. That way we can put an end to the Immigration Crisis, Human Trafficking and Refugees Crisis.

Everyone wants to be useful to himself or herself; friends and family; and overall to the society at large. No one enjoys been dependent on others to survive as a result of unemployment. We all can help provide the much needed framework to make the World a better, safer and happier place for everyone.
